Orders are packed from our Narsingdi store and handed over through Dhaka courier hubs daily. Rates follow current Bangladesh courier tariffs (Pathao, RedX, Sundarban, SA Paribahan).
Dhaka City Delivery
- ৳80 for first 1kg
- ৳20 per additional kg
Dhaka District (Outside City Core)
- ৳130 for first 1kg
- ৳20 per additional kg
Outside Dhaka
- ৳140 for first 1kg
- ৳20 per additional kg
Same-day requests must be confirmed before 11 AM and are subject to stock availability.
Heavy or fragile products require standard courier freight charges without any hidden markup.
Tracking links are shared immediately over SMS, Email, and Track Order page as soon as parcels are dispatched.
We honor delivery commitments (Wafa al-Ahd); in case of courier delays due to unforeseen logistics, we proactively notify and assist you.
