By accessing, browsing, or ordering from HTBD.store, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. This agreement represents a mutual commitment to honor each party’s rights and trust.

You must be of legal capacity to enter binding trade contracts. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information, contact numbers, and delivery address you provide are accurate and truthful.

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials is an essential trust. Please notify our support team immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

We are dedicated to providing authentic descriptions, precise technical specifications, honest measurements/weights, and truthful prices. Deceptive price inflation, artificial discounts, and fraudulent marketing tactics (Tadlis) are prohibited under Islamic law and strictly avoided by our store.

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are verified and confirmed based on actual stock and validity. Should an unintended technical or manifest error occur, we reserve the right to rectify or cancel with mutual consultation.

All transactions on our platform are 100% free of interest (Riba). We do not impose any penalty interest, late fees, or hidden compounding charges on any order. Payment is made solely for the actual value of the goods and standard delivery services via Cash on Delivery, approved mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket), Islamic banks, or cards.

Honoring our commitments (Wafa al-Ahd) is paramount, and delivery charges and estimated transit times are clearly communicated prior to checkout.

Physical Inspection Upon Handover (Taslim, Qabd & Khiyar al-Ru'yah): In Islamic commercial jurisprudence, handover of goods (Taslim - التسليم) and taking possession (Qabd - القبض) are vital milestones of a transaction. The buyer retains the religious and legal right to examine delivered items upon receipt (Khiyar al-Ru'yah - خيار الرؤية) to prevent fraud and ambiguity (Gharar). Customers MUST open the parcel and inspect the goods in the presence of the courier delivery agent to confirm that items are intact and undamaged. Because liability for subsequent physical breakage or damage cannot be proven once the agent departs, complaints regarding broken, cracked, or external physical damage will NOT be accepted after the delivery agent leaves. If any damage is observed in the presence of the delivery agent, record photo/video evidence in their presence and reject the parcel immediately.

To uphold mutual consent (An Taradin Minkum), trust (Amanah), and justice (Adl) in trade, our warranty policies are explicitly structured:

1. Official Warranty (Al-Damanah / Al-Kafalah - الضمان): Products carrying an 'Official Warranty' (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, or brand warranty) represent a binding Shariah covenant (Wafa al-Ahd). These are fully protected by authorized manufacturer brand service centers. For internal technical or manufacturing defects during the warranty period, customers receive complete official repair or replacement service with full support from our team.

2. No Warranty (Bay' al-Bara'ah min al-'Uyub - بيع البراءة): Products clearly designated with 'No Warranty' are sold 'as-is' under the Islamic principle of Bay' al-Bara'ah (sale with disclaimer of post-sale defects), provided full transparency is maintained without deception (Bayan). For such items, it is mandatory to test and inspect the product thoroughly (including power/battery function and physical state) in front of the courier delivery agent. Once delivery is accepted and the delivery agent departs, NO replacement, refund, or excuse will be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Khiyar al-Ayb & Iqalah (Latent Defect Protection & Compassionate Rescission): Under Islamic law, buyers are endowed with 'Khiyar al-Ayb' (خيار العيب) for genuine latent/internal manufacturing defects that could not have been discovered by reasonable visual inspection at handover (excluding external breakage or uninspected No-Warranty damage). In addition, requests for cancellation made in good faith (Iqalah - الإقالة) for intact, unopened merchandise will be accommodated with prophetic benevolence and goodwill.

Only permissible (Halal) and lawful products are traded on our platform. Any engagement in fraudulent schemes, gambling/lottery-like gimmicks (Maysir), generating fake reviews/ratings, unauthorized hacking, scraping, or unethical activities is strictly prohibited.

We strive to deliver the highest quality and integrity. In the rare event of a disagreement or unforeseen dispute, we are committed to resolving matters through respectful dialogue, equity (Adl), and benevolence (Ihsan).

Legal proceedings, if necessary, are governed in accordance with applicable consumer protection and trade laws of Bangladesh.
