How to permanently delete your HTBD.store account and what happens to your data.

Overview

You can request deletion of your HTBD.store customer account and associated personal data through the self-service flow in your account settings. This page explains how that works and what to expect.

This page is informational and does not replace any agreement you have with us. For legal questions, consult qualified counsel.

After deletion

Once deletion completes, you will not be able to sign in with the same credentials. Order history visible in the account may no longer be available through the website; records required for invoices, warranties, or legal compliance may be retained in internal systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you create a new account later, it will be treated as a separate customer record.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to HTBD.store with the account you want to remove.
  2. Open Account from the main navigation, then go to Settings.
  3. Select the Data Management tab.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm permanent deletion. This action cannot be undone.

Data typically removed with your account

  • Profile details you provided (name, email, phone where stored on the account).
  • Saved addresses and preferences tied to the account.
  • Wishlist and notification settings associated with the account.
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, or where it exists in backups until rotated. Anonymized or aggregated analytics may be retained.

If you are logged in, you can go directly to account settings to start deletion.

If you cannot access your account, contact support with the email or phone you used to register. We may ask for verification before processing manual requests.
