Returns & Replacement Policy
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your package. Please keep the invoice, accessories, warranty card, and original packaging.
Products must remain unused and include all factory seals for a successful return.
Eligible Situations
- Damaged, defective, or missing items delivered by courier
- Wrong product, color, or capacity than what you ordered
- Manufacturing issues covered under immediate replacement guarantee
Items Not Eligible
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation
- Software licenses, digital goods, or services already activated
- Special order or clearance items explicitly marked non-returnable
Return Flow
- Contact support via chat, hotline, or email with your order ID
- Share unboxing video/photos for damage claims so our QC team can verify quickly
- Pack the product securely. We will schedule courier pickup or provide drop-off guidance
- Refunds are issued within 5-7 working days after QC approval
